About Us

The Big Up Film serves youth in the Portland Metro area. We empower under resourced students by giving access to state of the art multimedia production equipment and high quality technical training.

Our youth practice creativity, team-building, communication and risk-taking while learning to operate cameras, sound, lighting and editing equipment. They also learn to create characters, storyboards, set, sound and lighting design. Our students develop the ideas we film.
